This is an opportunity to get real with who you are. We will create together a plan that is individualized and personal and that reflects you; your goals, your desires, your ambitions, your values. You will be in the driver's seat, because you know yourself the best. This will be an opportunity to expand and explore more of who you are and what that looks like.
This will be an occasion to be creative. Music, art, books, conversation, meditation, silence, walks and other opportunities to slow down to listen and hear will be utilized. This is an opportunity to experience and to engage; to cultivate gratitude, self-care, and intentionality around your thoughts and actions.
Lastly, all of this work that you will be taking the time to do will be grounded in compassion. Compassion for yourself as well as compassion for others. This is a learning, experiential fun time! Perfection is not the goal. Learning and growing with love, forgiveness and understanding is.
To revel means to find joy and to take pleasure in. This is what you will be doing. Taking the time to gently explore and reframe and believe in yourself in new and empowering ways. This is a time to shine and to become one with yourself in acceptance and self-growth.
The definition of reveal is to make known; to open up to view. An important part of the process of going deeper in developing more of your story and learning more about who you are is self-discovery. This is done in a safe, private and non-judmental way. You will choose what you want revealed and who you want to reveal yourself to.
And lastly, reset. To reset means to set again; differently, or renew. To chart a new course or direction. All of this work which you will be doing is transformational work. This is your time to implement the new and growth which will be arising during the session times together.

Christine is a graduate from Yale Divinity School in New Haven, Conn, from their Masters of Divinity program. She also holds a certificate in Advanced Professional Studies from the Graduate Theological Union, in Berkeley, California.
Her passions are for personal life transformations. She loves it when someone has an "aha" moment, which brings about a greater sense of satisfaction and fulfillment to that person's life.
